Prices excluding final cleaning charge. Final cleaning by the owner, additional costs: 25,- € Additional price for the tourist tax: Adults 0,80 € per night Children (7 – 16 years) 0,40 € per night Children up to 1 year stay with us for free. In order to confirm your booking please transfer an amount of 150.- € into our account. We will send you the account number and the necessary routing instructions once we accept your booking. The remainder will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Please take note that depending from which country you transfer the money, it may take up to 2 weeks to be deposited in our account. It is your responsibility to assure a timely deposit. Since there may always be unforeseen events that prevent you from coming we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
